Rough, final, and detail cleans that take a finished build from dusty to move-in ready scheduled around your trades and sized to hit your handover date.

Core services
From dusty jobsite to move-in ready
Construction cleaning is a sequence, not a single visit. We come in at the phases that matter and hand you a building that passes its walkthrough.

Rough Clean
The first pass once framing, drywall, and mechanical work are done clearing the site so finish trades can work in a clean space.
- Bulk debris & offcut removal
- Sweeping & shop-vac of subfloors
- Scraping compound off floors & sills
- Staging areas cleared for finish trades

Final Clean
The full detail pass after finishes are installed, bringing every surface to the standard a client walkthrough demands.
- All surfaces wiped top to bottom
- Fixtures, outlets & switch plates detailed
- Cabinet interiors & shelving wiped out
- Protective film & label residue removed

Construction Dust Removal
Drywall dust settles for weeks after the work stops. We chase it down instead of pushing it around.
- HEPA-filtered vacuums throughout
- High dusting of ledges, beams & ducts
- Vent, register & diffuser wipe-down
- Repeat passes as dust resettles

Window & Fixture Detailing
New glass arrives covered in film, stickers, and overspray the detail that most visibly separates a finished build from a dirty one.
- Interior glass, frames & tracks
- Manufacturer stickers & adhesive removed
- Paint overspray & compound flecks
- Light fixtures & lens covers cleaned

Debris & Trash Haul-Out
Packaging, offcuts, and bagged waste consolidated and removed so the site doesn’t lose square footage to its own garbage.
- Packaging & crate breakdown
- Bagged waste consolidated & staged
- Dumpster loading coordination
- Recycling separated where required

Floor Care & Final Polish
New flooring gets its first real clean from us matched to the material so nothing is dulled or damaged on day one.
- Grout haze & installation residue removal
- Machine scrubbing & burnishing
- Initial seal, wax or polish
- Carpet extraction after finish trades
Working inside an active site
We work around your trades, not against them
A jobsite doesn’t pause for cleaning. Our crews arrive in PPE, coordinate with your superintendent on which areas are released, and sequence around the trades still working so nobody loses a day to us.
- Hard hats, vests & site safety rules followed
- Areas cleaned as your super releases them
- Off-hours and weekend crews available
- Single point of contact for schedule changes

The punch-list pass
The clean that decides how the handover goes
Clients notice sticker residue on glass and dust on a ledge long before they notice good framing. The final detail clean is what makes finished work actually read as finished so we treat it as part of your delivery, not an afterthought.
- Every horizontal surface hand-wiped
- Glass left free of film, stickers & overspray
- Repeat dust passes as it resettles
- Walkthrough touch-ups before handover
How coverage works
Priced by phase, scheduled around your trades
Some projects need all three passes, others just the final. Tell us your handover date and we’ll work backward from it.

Phase 1 — Rough Clean
After framing & drywall
The first pass once the messy trades are done. Clearing bulk debris and floor compound so finish crews aren’t working on top of a mess.
- Bulk debris & offcuts removed
- Subfloors swept & shop-vacuumed
- Compound scraped off floors & sills

Phase 2 — Final Clean
Most requested phase
The full detail pass after finishes are in glass, fixtures, cabinets, and floors brought to the standard your client walkthrough demands.
- Every surface hand-wiped top to bottom
- Glass film, stickers & overspray removed
- Initial floor seal, wax or polish

Phase 3 — Punch-List Touch-Up
Best before handover
The return visit after punch-list repairs, catching the dust that repairs kicked up and the areas trades re-entered.
- Repeat dust pass as it resettles
- Repair-area cleanup & touch-ups
- Final walkthrough prep

FAQ
Construction cleaning questions, answered
What's the difference between a rough, final, and detail clean?
Rough clean happens after framing and drywall bulk debris, floor compound, and subfloor sweeping so finish trades work in a clean space. Final clean is the full detail pass after finishes are installed: glass, fixtures, cabinets, and floors. Punch-list touch-up is the return visit after repairs, catching resettled dust before handover.
How far in advance do you need to be scheduled?
Give us your handover date as early as you can and we’ll work backward from it. A week or two of notice is comfortable for most build-outs, but we regularly pick up final cleans on shorter notice call us even if the date is tight and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can staff it.
Can you work while other trades are still on site?
Yes. We coordinate with your superintendent on which areas have been released and sequence around the trades still working. Crews arrive in hard hats and vests and follow your site safety rules, and we can run off-hours or weekends when the site is clearer.
Do you handle debris removal and dumpster loading?
We consolidate packaging, offcuts, and bagged waste and load your dumpster or designated staging area. We don’t provide the dumpster itself or haul waste off-site, and hazardous material disposal stays with your contractor — tell us your disposal setup during the walkthrough and we’ll work within it.
Why does dust keep appearing after the final clean?
Because drywall dust stays airborne for days and settles gradually a single pass on an active site will never hold. That’s why we build repeat dust passes into the scope and schedule a punch-list touch-up before handover rather than treating the final clean as one visit.
Are you insured for work on an active jobsite?
Yes. We carry liability coverage and workers’ compensation and will provide a certificate of insurance during onboarding, naming the general contractor or property owner as required for your project paperwork.
