FAQ
HOA cleaning questions, answered
Do you work with HOA boards or property management companies?
Both. We’re used to working with board members, community managers, and regional portfolio managers. We provide a written scope and checklist you can present at a board meeting, and we’re happy to walk the property with whoever signs off on the contract.
What's the difference between a recurring route and a day porter?
A recurring route is a crew arriving on a fixed schedule to clean every shared space against a documented checklist. A day porter is on site during business hours to handle spills, litter, and trash rooms as they happen. Larger communities usually combine both a route for thorough cleaning, porter hours for real-time upkeep.
Are you insured, and do you carry the certificates our association requires?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage and can furnish certificates of insurance naming your association or management company as additional insured a common requirement before a vendor contract is approved.
How do you handle access to gated communities and locked amenities?
We work within your existing protocols, whether that’s gate codes, fobs, keys, or a call to the gate attendant. Crews are background-checked, access credentials are logged, and the same assigned team learns your property so amenity rooms are always relocked and secured.
Can you also clean pool decks, trash rooms, and mail areas?
Yes. Pool decks and furniture, trash rooms and chutes, mail and package rooms, and common restrooms are all standard parts of our common area scope. Note that we handle cleaning around pools, not pool water chemistry or equipment servicing.
