Careful, after-hours janitorial service for galleries and museums spotless visitor spaces and controlled dust, with a respectful distance kept from every piece on display.

Care around collections
We clean the room, not the artwork
The line matters in a gallery. Our crews service floors, glass, and visitor areas while keeping a defined distance from art, cases, mounts, and labels anything touching a piece stays with your conservation and curatorial staff.
- Defined no-touch zones around every piece
- No liquids or sprays used near artwork
- Dust mopping and HEPA vacuums to limit particles
- Crews briefed on your handling rules before day one

Lobbies, cafes & restrooms
The spaces visitors actually judge you on
Guests forgive a lot, but not smudged entry glass or a restroom out of paper on a Saturday. We hold the visitor-facing areas to the same standard as the galleries themselves.
- Entry glass and doors left fingerprint-free
- Restrooms restocked before peak weekends
- Cafe tables and counters sanitized nightly
- Admissions desk and gift shop detailed
How coverage works
Scheduled around closed doors, not open galleries
Most museums run a nightly route and add a deeper clean between exhibitions. We’ll match the schedule to your hours and install calendar.

Nightly After-Close
Most popular for museums
Crews work after the last visitor leaves galleries, restrooms, and cafes reset overnight so opening staff walk into a finished building.
- Full visitor-area service each night
- Coordinated with security & alarm codes
- Building handed back before open

Pre-Open Morning
Best for evening event rentals
Service runs early instead, which suits galleries that host receptions at night and need the room touched up before doors open.
- Early-morning window before admissions
- Post-reception cleanup & reset
- Entry glass detailed before first visitors

Between-Exhibition Deep Clean
Best for install & de-install weeks
Heavier scope while walls are bare and cases are empty the one window where floor refinishing and high dusting are actually practical.
- Hard floor scrub, wax & refinish
- High dusting & vent wipe-down
- Post-install debris & packing cleanup

FAQ
Museum cleaning questions, answered
Do your crews clean or touch the artwork?
No. We clean floors, glass, restrooms, cafes, and visitor areas artwork, display cases, mounts, frames, and labels stay with your curatorial and conservation staff. We set no-touch zones around every piece during the walkthrough and brief crews on them before their first shift.
How do you keep dust off the collection?
Dust control is the core of gallery work. We dust mop rather than sweep, use HEPA-filtered vacuums, and avoid aerosol sprays and feather dusters that push particles into the air. High dusting gets scheduled between exhibitions when walls are bare rather than during an open show.
Can you work only after closing?
Yes, and that’s how nearly all of our museum accounts run. Crews work after the last visitor leaves or in an early pre-open window, so docents, staff, and guests never share a gallery with a cleaning cart. Evening-rental venues often prefer the morning window instead.
Are your staff background-checked, and can you handle alarm codes?
Yes. Crews assigned to museums are background-checked and work as consistent, named teams rather than rotating strangers. We coordinate with your security lead on alarm codes, key or badge handling, and camera-covered areas, and we document who was on-site each visit.
Can you support exhibition install and de-install weeks?
Yes. Install and de-install is when the heavy work is actually possible, so we schedule floor refinishing, high dusting, and vent wipe-downs into those windows. We also handle post-install cleanup of packing debris, crate dust, and drywall residue from wall patching.
Do you clean climate-sensitive or restricted storage areas?
Only where you want us. Many museums keep collection storage, vaults, and conservation labs off our scope entirely, and we’re comfortable with that we’ll define exactly which rooms we enter during the walkthrough and stay out of the rest.
