Are your cleaning products safe for children?
Yes. We select low-odor, child-safe products and follow label directions for dilution and dwell time, then rinse surfaces children touch directly desks, tables, play mats, and toys. Cleaning is scheduled outside occupied hours whenever possible, and we never leave chemicals stored unsecured on site.
Are your crews background-checked?
Yes. Every crew member assigned to a school or daycare is background-checked before their first shift, and we keep the same assigned team on your campus so staff recognize who is in the building. We can provide documentation for your files during onboarding.
Can you clean after hours so you're not around students?
That’s our standard approach for schools. Crews arrive after dismissal and finish before staff return in the morning. For daycares and training centers that run long hours, we offer daytime support for restroom checks and spill response instead.
Do you handle deep cleaning over summer and school breaks?
Yes, and breaks are the best window for it. With rooms empty we can strip, wax, and refinish hard floors, run carpet deep extraction, and do full classroom detail resets work that isn’t practical during the term.
How do you handle illness outbreaks or increased disinfection needs?
We can escalate touchpoint disinfection frequency on short notice during flu season or an outbreak, adding extra passes on door handles, desks, shared devices, and restroom fixtures. Tell us what your administration needs and we’ll adjust the scope rather than requiring a new contract.
Do you supply paper products and soap?
We restock the soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and seat covers you supply as part of every restroom visit, and we’ll flag when inventory is running low. If you’d prefer we source consumables for you, we can quote that separately.
